Your day will start with a welcome drink and a brief training film. During the day you can enjoy a guided tour of the locomotive works and signal box. The highlight of your day comes when you mount the footplate of your locomotive for your historic journey on Britain`s only main line steam railway. Then its full steam ahead on a 30 mile trip through picturesque countryside together with another trainee and an experienced crew. At your complimentary lunch you can choose from daily specials or all day breakfast. You will also receive an information pack including a guide to the railway and locomotive notes as well as your own magnificent commemorative certificate.
