This delicious 'semi-fermented' tea from Formosa (Taiwan) has been a Whittard favourite for many years. It is as smooth as a Black tea, without as much colour and strength, and as light as a Green tea without the astringency. There are hints of delicate orchids and dry marons glac s. Always brew very light. Always drink lightly brewed with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of leaves per 6-cup pot. Boil freshly drawn water, warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Do not add milk. Pure Oolong tea from Taiwan. Produced in an environment that uses nut ingredients.
