Champs des Princes is made by Ralph Garcin, one of the Rhone's most talented young winemakers, at the renowned Louis Bernard cellar (much-admired by Robert Parker). Deep ruby colour, this old-vine Grenache and Syrah blend has soft, round flavours reminiscent of baked fruit with hints of exotic spice and white pepper. A rich treat with traditional Cassoulet or spicy pork sausages.
